After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) may be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to assist with warranty and returns.

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of when order was placed. Carrier Service is responsible for the goods during transportation. Carrier Service is responsible for delivery time frames.
Warranty, Returns and Restrictions
WARRANTY POLICY
All parts should be installed by following our Installation Guide. You must consider the importance of every aspect involved with a proper installation. Improperly installed components can cause malfunctions, serious injury or even death. Agency 6, Inc. WILL NOT WARRANTY COMPONENTS DAMAGED BY CUSTOMERS DURING INSTALLATION.
All Agency 6 assemblies and components have a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges: You must contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for any returns or exchanges. Email sales@agency6.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Please include your name, contact information and order number. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition. All refunds for Non-Defective items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
