ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

Free shipping for orders over $99: Please choose the option for free shipping. This option is only available on domestic shipping and only when the total (minus discounts) is above the threshold.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to most countries: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International. International orders typically take 6-10 business days depending on the country. Circumstances beyond our control can increase the delivery timeline. Please expect a 2-6 week transit time for all international orders 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Agency 6 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Agency 6 gear. If you ever encounter a problem we're happy to assist. Our products carry a lifetime warranty against defects.

We offer free returns within 30 days if you are not satisfied with an item. All you have to do is contact us for an RA# and pay the return postage.

*Returned items must be in new condition for a full refund.
